Get Over It

Heartbreak sucks. Corinne Mucha’s Get Over It is probably as close to a cure as we’re going to get. With laugh-out-loud humor matched perfectly with fantastic inked drawings, including input from her exasperated brain and exhausted heart, Mucha examines the dissolution of her relationship with Sam, her first love. While never adopting the preachy tone of a self-help book, Mucha’s thoughtful consideration of what made her breakup so difficult is so relatable, any readers still trying to “get over it” will walk away with a sense of catharsis.
