Healing Ghosts, Haunted Places, and Non-Human Beings
Training Manual to be a Supernatural Multi-Dimensional Medium and Healer
Healing Ghosts, Haunted Places, and Non-Human Beings is an expansive training manual for multidimensional mediums.
Part memoir, part professional guide, medium Tina M. Zion’s focused New Age text Healing Ghosts, Haunted Places, and Non-Human Beings is about working as a spiritual medium and healer.
Zion asserts that she became aware of other worlds as a child. She recalls the “magical energy” of her great-grandmother’s house, where séances summoned spirits to speak through a “thin, trumpet-like horn.” She also looks back on various near-death experiences, asserting that the deceased continue to exist in the everyday realm and that nonphysical beings and the living are connected in an inextricable manner.
Arguing that mediumship is a vital profession and that true spiritual contact should not be regarded as illusory or a “carnival trick,” the book stresses that ethical mediums do not exploit vulnerable individuals, nor are they “exorcists” who drive spirits away. When working with nonphysical beings or in haunted locations, it says, mediums should be intuitive and respectful, helping to heal residual earthly trauma and unresolved emotions.
Its focus encompassing, the book addresses a bevy of concepts, including clairvoyance, telepathy, and astral projection (the ability “to heal the living and the deceased across a short distance or around the globe”). Also included are detailed instructions to help a deceased person heal and arguments that “energy cords” link living people in both positive and negative ways.
Considerable focus is devoted to exploring a medium’s intermediary role, with principles articulated such as that personal energies should be released following a session to avoid physical and emotional exhaustion. The book claims that building up psychic resilience is necessary, as is allying with select divine guides in order to manage and redirect distressed and violent nonphysical beings. The practice of visualizing daily body scans and “electrical healing frequencies” is suggested for personal well-being, as is assessing and overcoming one’s preexistent fears.
Though the text is topically varied, it also includes moments of eloquence, as with descriptions of the “shimmering lace of energy threads” and the “interlaced, elegant humming” heard during a near-death experience. Zion’s clients, students, and fellow practitioners contribute testimonials related to their experiences, though these run too long at times. Further, despite its topical range, the book comes without an index to assist with navigating its work. In addition, step-by-step instructions of the book’s recommended techniques are held off for the appendix.
Drawing on personal experience, Healing Ghosts, Haunted Places, and Non-Human Beings is an encouraging guide for those hoping to work with spiritual energies.
