Lana Lynn and the New Watchdog

Gray and green backdrops are splattered with bright pink and yellow in this story about an “intrepid” sheep and a case of mistaken identity. Lana Lynn is excited to train the new watchdog, but she and her friend Shawn have their work cut out for them with the gray-haired, yellow-eyed newcomer that pops out of the woods. The sheep’s human tendencies—Shawn rides an orange scooter; others wear glasses or hats—provide whimsy, while a pair of chickens adds comic relief for the observant.
